Welcome to Epoarts. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://epoarts.com/ ("Website") and your purchase of products from Epoarts ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Epoarts

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use this Website and place orders. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account registration

You may browse as a guest or create an account using your mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Products & pricing

• Product images are for illustration; actual packaging or accessories may vary.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities per customer.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice.

5. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when we send an order confirmation (by email, SMS, or on-screen message). We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure to verify payment.

6. Payments

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash or via UPI when your order is delivered.
• UPI: Pay online using Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any UPI-enabled app. Our UPI ID is epoarts@okaxis.

Online payments are processed through authorised payment partners. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise us or our partners to charge the order total. Failed or disputed payments may result in order cancellation.

7. Shipping & delivery

• We deliver across India to addresses you provide at checkout.
• Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary by location, courier capacity, or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
• You must inspect packages at delivery and report damage or missing items within 48 hours.

8. Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched by contacting support@epoarts.com. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible; you may instead follow our returns process below.

9. Returns & refunds

• Defective, damaged, or wrong items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, within 7–14 business days after approval.
• Certain products (e.g. opened software, personal-care items, or clearance sale goods) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

To initiate a return, email support@epoarts.com with your order number and reason.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by Epoarts or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission.

11. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Submit false orders, fraudulent payment information, or abusive content.
